    Head of Customer Experience - "the customer has to be happy period". This is our priority everyday and it is my job to fight for this daily.   Mark has lived in Cleveland all of his life and has been extremely involved in the community, from Big Brothers to various entrepreneurial programs for young people, to Medina County Board of developmental disabilities to the Medina County Fair, etc.  He previously turned around a Buick dealership in Willoughby, Ohio shortly after graduating Marquette University.  Then he turned around Lyndhurst Chevrolet store to become a top GM certified used dealer.

      In 2015 Mitsubishi approached him and thus the new team was formed and opened Sims Mitsubishi in March 2016.   In the first year of operation the store hit #2 in Ohio in Mitsubishi sales.   They were also a regional 'Rookie of the year'.  

     His best part of his day is contributing to growing his work team and achieving goals.  Stop in and see him.   His dislikes are interruptions of vendors and pushy solicitors.    He and his wife have 5 children from small to tall.   He values further education and continuous training for his staff.    Developing of tomorrow's leaders in a priority to grow the company.  

       He owns tm that is also at 2908 Medina Rd.  They purchase people's unwanted nice cars in 10 minutes.   One simply has to call Chris or him to make an appointment.

    Windy, originally from Elyria, is best known on television as the "Credit Queen". She wakes up every morning to help people solve a credit challenge. With her knowledge and determination, she will get you financed. The difference between her and others is that she will; 1) have you picked up; 2) she has access to our own finance company that no other dealer has access to and can use those banks if she believes in the customer; 3) she will coach you to respect your credit so that where ever you are starting you can get a brand new car next time.
